which one helped you, did u used icleaner or u deleted that files with ifile?

I had the same problem, also winterboard wont work.

You need to install icleaner and remove only the cydia sources then open cydia and refresh and the current one comes up#

I deleted the files using ifile.

okay, i can tell also that i fixed this by downloading icleaner and checked all boxes and wiped everything, than opened cydia and made refresh and everything was installed, just the way it needs to be
