Can't Install Any Apple Applications

My G5's hard drive got corrupted and so I decided to do a zero-pass and start over with a fresh install of Leopard. I am trying to restore my iWork and iLife applications and am hit with an error on both. Any ideas?

Tried multiple times, repaired volume and permissions, tried to kill apps with Terminal though they are not installed.

Do you have another HDD inside your G5? Is Leopard perhaps picking up something from that?

Yes I do, it is partitioned into a local storage partition and an Install DVD partition. I will unplug it and try again.
