Can't Install applications. Continue button greyed out.

    Hi there,

    I have been having some trouble installing various application.
    Here is a sample screenshot of what's the problem:


    The "continue" button is simply greyed out and does not change. I have had this error with multiple apps.

    Also, please do not suggest restarting or putting the mac to sleep because -in this case- i can't due to a background process that is checking a dropped external harddrive on consistency which has already taken 4 days to get to 30% so stopping now is out of the question.

    In regards to my system, I have a Mac Pro (early 2008) with 8x 2,8Ghz Processors, 16GB Ram, 1TB Mac Os X 10.5.2 (all updates as of 13/05/08) with an additional 320GB bootcamp partition in bay 2. Graphicscard is the GeForce 8800GT.

    Any hints and help is appreciated.

    Same problem

    Did you ever find a resolution to this problem? I'm having the same issue.
