Can't install lockdockbar????

Everytime I install it, it puts my 3GS into safemode.

I don't have winterboard installled....could this be the issue? Or is it something totally different.

sounds like a cool app I also tried 3 times and hit safe mode each time.
I have winterboard and it still does it.
