Hello,

The Macbook is an M2 Pro model. I got it 2nd hand, reinstalled from a Time Machine backup - currently on 12.6.1 Monterey.

I already tried reinstalling the apps (latest versions) ...

Can't add a screenshot but when I click the zip (spotify) or the dmg (dropbox) the following error message occurs:

"Dropboxinstaller.dmg" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the bin"

What might be the cause of this?

Thanks!!!

delete them and try downloading them and installing them again. maybe your Time Machine backup isn't compatible with your new device for some reason

If you tried reinstalling may e try one of those uninstall apps that delete ALL the files. Or when you do time machine restore don’t select those apps?
