So it seems like apple has removed the Settings > General > Device Management section which allowed me to trust apps installed through safari (not sure if this has anything to do with it).
However, when i restored from my backup and itunes installed the Uber Partner app, it was installed and it worked. I just can't seem to install the app right now from Safari. It prompts me to install the app, and i click install, and nothing happens.
Can someone confirm this for me?

I don't know about this Uber app but the settings are still there...

Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management

From there, you should be able to select the profile and verify it's there. You might have to click "Trust" on it again.
