Can't Interact with Servo (The Sims 2: Open for Business)

Hi,

I have just built a Servo in The Sims 2: Open for Business, but it remains in a folded up state on the floor, and I can't interact with it so I can't "Initiate" it.

I built it on my sim's community business lot. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

Anyone know why I can't activate it?

Problem solved, Servos can't be activated on community lots.
