Boot into the Recovery Drive by holding down Command R when restarting.

Run Repair Drive using Disk Utility in Recovery.

You might need to reinstall El Capitan GB. However, I'm not sure if this will reinstall the GM candidate version from Recovery. Do you have the installer on another drive?

Thank you for the answer, I did this tomorrow - reinstalled OS X, and everything was ok while I was using sleeping mode, when I want to restart or switch off-on my mac, I can't log in in to the system. From yesterday I made 2 reinstall of OS X - it`s not funny...I can't switch off my computer

Did you try the "one finger salute?" That is when you stick you middle finger out at the computer, and then push and HOLD the power button until the computer shuts off.

Ok, it can be any finger. :)
