Can't log in to Messages or get push notifications in iOS7

Any idea what the issue is?

It says to plug into iTunes to get push notifications - tried that. No luck.

Messages works fine on my Mac and worked fine on iOS 6!

Having the same issue and is doing a total restore of my iphone right now. Let's so if that works.
