Can't log into iCloud??

    hi can anyone help I can't log into iCloud on my MacBook it keeps saying " you can't sign in at this time please try again" but no matter how many times I try it says same thing Can anyone please tell me why ??? Thanks in advance

    It could be lots of reasons. Maybe iCloud is suffering a service interruption. Maybe there is a network issue. Try logging out of your account and back in. Try rebooting the machine.

    Yep just tried loging out and a restart still same message ??

    Is the time and date correct on your laptop? Is your operating system fully up-to-date?

    I'm starting to think I maybe best to reset the Mac to factory settings and start again it's my first Mac and I've only had it for a week so won't be losing anything I can't replace would this be a good idea ??

    Hm, maybe you should update the os to the latest versionn and it will allow you to login?

    Check to see if you can log directly into Your Apple ID and see if you can log into that. If you can't log into the web site then you have been hacked!
