hi can anyone help I can't log into iCloud on my MacBook it keeps saying " you can't sign in at this time please try again" but no matter how many times I try it says same thing Can anyone please tell me why ??? Thanks in advance
 
It could be lots of reasons. Maybe iCloud is suffering a service interruption. Maybe there is a network issue. Try logging out of your account and back in. Try rebooting the machine.
 
Yep just tried loging out and a restart still same message ??

[doublepost=1468856367][/doublepost]I'm starting to think I maybe best to reset the Mac to factory settings and start again it's my first Mac and I've only had it for a week so won't be losing anything I can't replace would this be a good idea ??
