Can't log into server from Lion

Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble connecting to my server from within Lion. From finder, I click "Connect to Server" like I always have in Snow Leopard, but it gives me an error. In Snow Leopard, I would enter "smb://10.0.0.2" and a login window would pop up very quickly. I would then enter my server info and bam, life was good. However, in Lion, I do the exact same thing but no login window appears. It simply throws up an error saying that I don't have permission to access the server. But it didn't even give me a chance to enter my login info!!
