Cant log out of app store?

I've been trying to update my apps but when prompted for my password in App Store, its asking for a password to an account thats not even mine. For example, my apple id is apple@gmail.com. but when prompted for a password it asks for a password to "oranges."
I've checked the iCloud and App Store options in settings and they were both set and logged in to my real email. I've even tried logging out of both of them, resetting the phone, nothing seems to work
what should i do?

Did you buy your iPhone new or used from someone else? It sounds like the phone is registered under another Apple ID, not yours.

If you know your email address used and it accepts the email, you can reset your password.
