I made a bootable sd card using terminal command and I used it to install on two MBP mid 2014 and on the third one doesn't work.

I get to the disk utility and erase the disk using APFS encrypted or not...

The installation begins and when it gets to the black screen with the apple logo and progress bar at about 5% the installation stops and goes back to macOS utility where I can select disk utility or install...

I didn't use this MBP, it's like new, but I made a clean install on it a couple of months ago without any problem.

The battery on it was 0% because I didn't use it, now it's full but I don't think this have anything to do with the issue.

What can I do?

If you know the installer works, then I will try PRAM reset -> full charge the battery ->SMC reset, and try the OS installation again.

I have already did it a couple of times...

What else can it be?

Since it's a 2014 model, may be you can try internet recovery. Just bring the Mac back to live and then upgrade / re-install the OS again as you wish. May be this is a better (and quicker) way then try to diagnosis an unknown issue.

I did this already and isn’t working, the same thing happens when I try to install.

So I used HFS+ instead of APFS and seems to be working...

Definitely stay at HFS+ if you can. I tried APFS already, bring up more trouble than benefit at this moment.

I erased the ssd using HFS+ from the internet recovery and restarted the laptop to boot from sd card but when I checked after installation it was APFS...

The only issue with APFS encrypted I have is the slow boot time.
