Can't make or share AM playlist

Having an odd problem. Signed up for a family share account. Everything works just fine on my phone. However, on my wife's phone I cannot add AM music to her library, I can't create a playlist that features AM music, and she cannot save a playlist i share with her that contains AM music.

That said - she can play AM songs just fine after searching for them, and can open a playlist link that i send her without issue (and even play it)... Just can't "save" AM music.

I've turned iCloud Music Library on/off several times, to no avail.

Any ideas out there?

figured it out... I had the option set to only show content stored on the phone... Turned that off and it all worked.
