I am having an odd issue. After upgrading to iPhone 11, when I go to Settings>iCloud>Subscriptions

It says I have no subscriptions. I do have 2 monthly AppleCare+ subs and Apple Music. I want to cancel the AppleCare on my old iPhone before I get charged for it tomorrow.

Log onto your account from a computer using this link. You should be able to manage all your subscriptions from there.

A bit obvious, but, have you rebooted?
Hell... I reset the phone... tried even "Setup as new" instead of restoring iCloud backup. I tried this on my old XR (before I traded in to T-Mobile) and on my new 11. No matter what iOS device I try, it says that. I finally called Apple and had a rep cancel the AppleCare. But they did nothing to remedy my inability to see my subscriptions on my devices.

After logging in (even though I have been there before), there are no settings or area that allows for changes to paid subscriptions. (Apple Music, AppleCare+, other apple services...)

Do you use two different Apple IDs, one for iCloud and one for App Store/iTunes? If so that could be the issue and not everything is logged in.

Try going to the App Store and download a new free app. It MAY require you to accept the new terms and enter the the security code of your credit card again. This appears to activate/reactivate your device on Apple’s side for the App Store. Then go back and check your subscriptions. This worked for me last year but may not work for you.

The problem is still persisting after the iOS13.1 update. Still can’t manage my subscriptions, I can’t even SEE what I have subscribed to! Not on iPad, iPhone, MacBook.. not in the settings, not in iTunes.. nowhere. Technical support says that it‘s a known problem and that they are investigating... Hoping for some good news soon!
