Using the Forum Tools dropdown, I can no longer "Mark Forum As Read" but the other choices seem to work in the dropdown....was this inadvertantly not re-enabled? I use this feature a LOT and would love to see it working again.

It's working for me. Have you tried logging out of MacRumors and then back in? If that doesn't work try resetting your browser and/or clearing its cache.
Have had the same thing happen to me twice now. Top of page MARK AS READ not working. Used the MARK AS READ at the bottom of the page and it worked fine.
This was only for a few minutes and then the top page one would work normal again. Only happened twice over last couple of days and only for short period of time.
SandboxGeneral, just read this post and now it make total sense.

Working now....my work has been messing with restricting sites and what you can do on sites, etc. It was an issue at my end.
