Can't obtain debit card authorization [iPhone 5 preorder]

I sent in my preorder last night (I got in within the first hour) and I went to check on it today, only to find this message:
Payment action required: We are unable to obtain an authorization for the credit card you provided. Please contact your card issuing bank. Please update your payment method to continue with this order.
Worried, I went to my bank account site to check my balance. They had already taken the money out of my account. Now it's trying to get me to use a different debit/credit card, when they already have my money. What do I do?

Can't tell us what bank?
Can't tell us what carrier?
Can't tell us where you ordered?
 
Update: My mom suggested I try going to the bank first, so I did that. They said to wait until 11pm EST and see if it's fixed -- it wasn't. I'm planning on calling Apple and/or Chase tomorrow.

Should this affect my delivery date? It still says 9/21.
