Hi please help troubleshoot this: I am trying to open an app downloaded from a third party, a long time ago I remember doing it by going to Security in System Preferences and there was somewhere a button that mentioned that app and said "Open Anyway". This time I don't know what happened my Security And Privacy tabs look strange and there is nothing there, please see the picture. Where do I find the app that I am trying to open? I am ashamed to say that for various reasons I am still running a very old Big Sur OS on my Mac. What can I do in this situation, without updating from Big Sur? thank you

All the ways
well, that s exactly the problem, I also shared the picture, in my interface there is nothing like “App name” was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer." that part is not there. My question is, without doing a whole system update, what can I do with Big Sur and where can that message be?
