Not sure whats going on, if IOS10 is designed like this, but every time I swipe down my notification bar there seems to be notifications that I can not press and open. The only way to get them to open up is to press down hard, get 3D touch to open up the notification and click it again to open it. But the regular tap to open doesn't work. But odd enough, if I click another notification it opens up. It usually seems to be the ones near the top. Has this happened to anyone else?
