Can't Open Links Within This Page On Safari

I've been able to open the links on this page with IE just fine, however Safari and Firefox won't open any of the links?

Please help?

Looks to be a web developer error. The site was designed like crap and is causing the links to be unclickable.Your best bet is to turn of CSS for the page since it's the CSS that's the issue.
