Can't open Malwarebytes after download

"Safari can’t open the file “mbam-setup-2.2.1.1043.exe” because no available application can open it."


That't the only message I received upon opening Malwarebytes from the installer. I used to be able to run Malwarebytes with no problem but this.. Does it have something to do with the macOS upgrade I did?

No excuse. I can be dumb sometimes. It was around 12am when I created the thread in my country and I just got back at home, tiring day I had lol
