We have OL2003 installed on a PC running Windows7. Customer receives an eMail with a zipped attachment - we double-click the attachment and the system asks us if we'd like to open or save the attachment - we choose open, but nothing happens.
If we save the file and then attempt to open it, it opens normally as expected.
Any ideas anyone?
