I'm not sure this is possible, but I wonder if Apple Support might be able to email it to you.I'm not able to view it to begin with. When I click on the button that would give me the label, it says "We're unable to create your return label at this time."
I have tried to get it to create from a browser and from the apple store app.
I talked with Apple this morning; it is a known issue with no ETC. They are having FedEx pickup the return at my house instead.
I had the same issue. I contacted Apple via chat last night. A very nice person told me they know about this issue. It may take 10 days to resolve. Reluctantly I ended up making an appointment at local Apple Store and returned the item there.
They are not but you may hit a long line if you don't make one.Are appointments required for a return?

Unfortunately things of that nature with different representatives aren't unusual with pretty much any company out there.Apple support is very poor. In May I tried to return a new iPhone SE purchased from the online Apple store. I specifically asked if DHL (the courier chosen by Apple) would do everything required (provide packaging, required labels etc.) and I said that I do not have a printer nor access to one. The Apple employee on the phone from Ireland said no problem, the courier will do it all. It transpired that this Apple guy lied to me as it turned out that DHL required me to provide the label. I ended up getting rid of the phone through other means. Lesson learned: Apple tells you what they feel will satisfy you at that moment.
