Can't read emails when attached to Email on Outlook for Mac

Hi Guys,

When someone attaches an email (in Outlook for Windows) to a mail they send me I can see the there is an attachment in my in box when I look at the mail. However, I can't see / open the attachment i.e. attached email once I have clicked to open the mail.

Can anyone provide some help or advice?

are you perchance talking about an attachment with a .eml extension or similar?
