An issue I had back in iOS 10, which was later fixed in an update. It's now come on my iPhone X.
Basically any time I edit a playlist and rearrange the songs and press done, it goes back to its original position. Whenever I add a song to the playlist, it will be placed somewhere randomly in the playlist, sometimes at the top.
I have done everything. Turned off iCloud Music library, turned it back on. I just downloaded the firmware again via iTunes and set up the phone fresh, and even there I was having the same issue. It doesn't happen on my iPad.
Seems like an ongoing issue, but how are only some people effected by it? It's a fresh install!
