Can't receive or make calls? iOS 8 beta 1

Is anyone else having this problem? I can't call anyone because it just hangs up. And when I try to call my phone it's justs beeps a few times then hangs up.

I know this is a beta.

Just want to know if it's just my iPhone 5s in specific or other people are experiencing this as well.

Been fine on my iPhone 5, have only made 4-5 calls though. outgoing and incoming.

I was having this issue on my 4S. I would make a call and it would connect but the speakerphone button was lit. I couldn't hear anything and I couldn't turn it off. Resetting the phone (Power+Home buttons) made it come back, but I've since gone back to 7.1.1 since this is also my daily driver. Betas for iOS 7 were nice since I could put them on my 4 for testing and not muck up my 4S.

Got it working. Just had to re boot a few times. Ios 8 is awesome
