Hi, I have an iPhone 6 and software is up-to-date. I switched from one carrier to another without changing number and can't receive text message from my overseas bank (verification code for online transaction) since. I have no trouble receiving texts from that overseas bank before and can receive text message from local (UK) bank before & after I switched. I can receive all other texts (regular mobile texts & landline notification texts) as always. I've talked to the bank and they said they sent the message as well as relink my phone number. My carrier is currently working on the investigation for my case. I have checked that my message centre number is correct. I do think it isn't apple/phone's problem as I didn't change anything during switching the carrier. What else can I do? What settings on the phone could I possibly try?
