can't reinstall cs3 after appdelete

I used appdelete to uninstall my adobe programs to do a fresh install of the master collection and now when I try to install the master collection it says all the programs I removed r still installed so I can't reinstall.. what do I do??

With CS3 you need to use the uninstaller, you can't just delete as you would with normal files, should be located in your utilities folder if memory serves me right, at my age i just about remember to wake up in the morning so the location might be wrong, pretty sure i'm right
