Can't remove language input source

Hi Guys,

I"ve faced a problem this morning that I cannot even understand 😱
Mac Pro, mountain lion, all patches and upgrades are up-to-date, BUT I've noticed that now I have Russian added as additional input source and I cannot remove it - when I uncheck Russian in Input Sources it is still present in input menu (in menu bar), and when I open input sources again - Russian is there.
Magic...

This doesn't happen on my mac book pro or air - just on the main office mac... 😡
You can see the file attached to have a picture of what is going on here...

Help please 🙂
