Cant reply on lockscreen?!

I can not reply on lockscreen... i only get the option to clear now and that is unacceptable. How do i fix it

Settings > notifications > messages > preview enabled?

You have to 3D Touch the notification to reply.

Along with Settings > TouchID & Passcode > Reply with Message
