Holding down the Option-Command-P-R at the same time won't do anything after powering on, it takes me straight to log in screen. Almost like it doesn't register the command. Any ideas?

H Honza1 macrumors 65816 Nov 5, 2019 #2 Is firmware password set? That prevents NVRAM reset and skips the shortcut. You need to remove firmware password first. Reactions: waquzy
