For some unknown reason, Apple blocked my password and asked me to reset. I have had this password for ten years. I opted for an email, which was never sent or received. so I tried to answer the security questions and can't remember what my first concert was. I kept on trying to get alternate security questions to no avail. Next, I was blocked from trying for eight hours. I wrote for help and got an immediate pat reply from "Rakesh". He said wait eight hours and try again. I tried again, same zilch results. My whole family uses this account on a dozen or more apple devices. I can't find a phone number for itunes account support help. any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
