can't restore backup from iCloud then downgrade from 5.1 to 5.01

Hello!
When I try to downgrade the ios 5.1 beta 2 to 5.01 so everything works perfectly except that it is not possible to restore my app and settings from icloud backup. My 4 iphone can not find any backup in icloud. There is no problem to recover from icloud with ios 5.1 beta 1 and Beta 2.
Does anyone know of a solution to go back to 5.01 and simultaneously be able to restore the apps and settings using iCloud?

if you make a beta backup as far as I know, Apple wont allow you to use this on official firmware to restore

to downgrade from ios 5.1 to 5.0.1 can we just put the phone in dfu mode and then restore to 5.0.1??

i really want to go back to ios 5.0.1

can some one explain how to??

Yes you can. It works perfect.
BUT. You can't restore with iCloud if you have already make an backup on 5.1.
