Cant restore, cant exit recovery with 2nd new iPhone 8 from service?

Hi Guys, one week before I give my iPhone the service 'cause after trying to restore I cant open my iPhone 8 and never exit recovery. Today they changed with new one (almost 8 hours ago) now I have the same problem and I cant restore and exit recovery again 🙁 When I try to recovery I am getting this error;

I tried every solution for the more info but still getting the same error and cant exit recovery. When I trying to exit recovery apple logo just flashing. I also tried almost 3 third-party software iReboot, Phone Rescue, and iMyfone but these apps also cant exit and cant recovery my iPhone 8. I am super frustrated right now I don't know what can I do more. Please help me.

I also tried 3 OS in 2 iMacs, Windows 10, El Capitan and High Sierra and still cant exit and recovery my iPhone 8.

After 16 hours struggling finally I found a solution with super stupid way.

When I try to restore first iTunes extracting software then removing recovery mode the iPhone and Apple Logo coming then iTunes verifying iPhone and Apple Logo and Loading bar coming and iTunes says second-time verify on that part I disconnect the lightning cable and connect again but this part really really hard it must be in milliseconds otherwise you will get this error again. (I got error almost 100 times). I really don't understand why this happening but finally, I restore it 🙂

I am also super masochist 🙂 I restore it on my second iMac and I want to make this process again on my primary iMac and I tried all process again, of course, I got this error 100 times again finally second 8 hours I catch it on right time and restore it on my primary iMac 🙂

As I said I can easily send the iPhone service and I can get new iPhone again but I don't want to wait 1 week again 'cause they don't know how to fix this problem. They are trying and can't exit recovery and change with new iPhone.

I am so happy to fix this problem very stupid way 🙂

Also all third-party app cant help. These apps promote itself fix recovery stuck, fix apple logo stuck etc. but this all failed and never fix and restore it my iPhone. If sending it to service they will give a new iPhone again.
