macOS Can't revoke my Certificate

I can't revoke my Certificate on Portal Provisioning(https://developer.apple.com/), the revoke button always disable. I have problem with error: "Valid signing identity not found", i search GG i have a solution: delete all file and redownload, but i can't revoke my certificate, please tell me why?

Weird. Try adding a new one first and then see if you can revoke the old one. Otherwise contact the support people on Apple.
