I just got an iPhone 6S Plus, it's my first iPhone since the 3GS so I'm dusting the cobwebs. I briefly had an iPad and within iTunes I could see the apps and home screens and drag apps around the home screen etc to make changes there.
For some reason I can't see this and it just shows an empty list and a spinning thing.
I've tried a factory reset and two different computers running the latest iTunes, OS X and Windows. Tried "Transferring purchases from "shinji"" to no effect either.
