So I've lost my iCloud reminders and thankfully I'm only syncing my Apple Watch punctually (bluetooth and wifi are turned off), so basically my lost reminders are still on my Apple Watch.

The problem: You can't read all of it. Only the beginning.

Does anyone know of a way to read the entire reminder? Can you let Siri read it perhaps?

It's running watchOS 8.8.1 and it's a Series 6. Not sure why it doesn't have watchOS 9, I think it's because it needs iOS 16 on your phone, but my first gen iPhone SE can only run iOS 15 at highest.

I can't do anything that will connect the Watch to Bluetooth or Wifi, or else it will sync and therefore my lost reminders will get lost for real. This is pretty much my only chance to save them … if I could read them entirely. 🤣 They're super important by the way. Thanks!

You can reduce the size of display fonts on the Apple Watch. Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size

Thanks! I can see a little bit more now, so that definitely helped, but I still can't see most of it. I wonder what Apple was thinking … (or if they were thinking in the first place)
