Behavior changed on me recently. The '+' is supposed to add to library without downloading. The cloud would then let me download. It seems to be skipping the first and going straight to the download. three dots > add to library does the same thing. In both cases I end up with an Apple Music track downloaded to my local drive in iTunes. I have to go back and remove download in order to get a copy simply sitting in Apple Music Library. Thoughts?
