Can't select security questions- App store IOS7

Just tried to install a free app through the app store on IOS 7 , Iphone 5, it's prompting me to enter 3 security questions to "Improve Security" problem is ... I can't even select a security question... I've tried tapping on the "choose questions" field and nothing pops up, i've tried tap and hold, tap on the arrow, even swipe 😛 .. I just can't seem to make the security questions pop up.

I tried just entering the 3 questions without selecting the questions, press "Done" .. nothings happens.

Any suggestion?

as far as I'm aware there is no way to set those security questions on the computer... or on the apple id website, or via itunes or via mac store.

Contact Apple. That's the only way.
