Can't send mms?! Fix but why?

Well my mms worked fine before I didn't install any thethering patch or anything..I can't send mms but text works fine..is this AT&T fault?
I'm in the latest update on AT&T network update ..

well it worked now..but why did it do that? AT&T can't handle the traffic well or what?
