Can't send photo in iMessage through LTE and Wifi

Hello,

I tried sending my friend a picture of my place through iMessage over LTE and Wifi, it says delivered then it says not delivered.

Anyone having this issue? I have an iPhone 5s unlocked 64gb with latest ios.

Are you sending from AT&T to Verizon or the other way?
Many have similar issues. I cant even get mms to go through and sometimes regular texts arrive like 6-7 hours late.
