Can't send photo in imessage through LTE and Wifi

Hello,

I tried sending my friend a picture of my place through iMessage over LTE and Wifi, it says delivered then it says not delivered.

Anyone having this issue? I have an iPhone 5s unlocked 64gb with latest ios
