cant send picture messages on a 3g

I have two friends that cant send picture messages all of a sudden. one problem started yesterday.

I have a 3gs and have no problems sending pics.

anyone else having the same problem or know what is going on?

It might be a local outage or a problem with their account settings.
They should call AT&T to figure it out.
