Is anyone else having this problem, neither me or the wife can send picture messages to an android phone although a normal text message seems to go through ok its just pictures but we can send them to other iphones ok and this seems to have just started since ios 11 update, thanks, Terry

I don't have that problem. I can send pictures and videos(crappy MMS quality) to my iPhone as well as other iphones.

Up to now it has been to two different android phones from both of our iphones, Tried turning phone off and restarting but this hasnt made any difference, Thanks, Terry.

Strangely enough, I had this problem the other day. Tried numerous times to send a picture to someone with an android phone but it kept failing. Tried the usual power cycling, and hard reset, and of course checked the mms settings, but nothing helped.

I’ve sent several pictures to this same phone in the past without issue. The only thing that has changed in my end is that I’m now running iOS 11.

I can't send photos to my toaster either, but I don't blame Apple for the problem.

The thing is, you never blame Apple for anything. :D

Disclaimer: This was intended as a humorous reply. Thank you.

Not humorous and factually incorrect. I gave Apple a lot of deserved grief for the original Apple Watch launch. I give Apple tons of blame for the ruse they are pulling with the inferior Intel modem iPhones. People at Apple are probably crying over how I destroy them over and over again on their policy of not selling phones directly to their best customers, putting carriers as the middle-man for no reason. Get a grip.

I was just having a bit of a problem that I thought someone on here may have a solution through maybe having the same issue.
I dont know where you get the idea that I blame apple, I never stated that before nor do I now and I have no idea with the toaster comment, Strange comment.

Can’t send picture messages to an “android” phone. That’s your problem right there. Tell them to get an iPhone.

I totally agree, it is my daughter who has just bought the samsung s8 as she did not wish to pay £1000 for the iphone x, I tried to talk her out of it but she was decided. Now I will have to pay for mms as she will no longer be using imessage, Terry.

I have my mms option on and iMessages. I can’t send pictures via camera but I can add an image and send it that way. For quality, you could send it via hangouts
