I'm trying to set up a new phone for my son. It messed up when updating to the new iOS and now when I swipe up on the hello screen, it flickers the “ enter passcode” screen and then goes right back to the hello screen. I attached a video to show exactly what it’s doing. If you guys have any help. It’d be great.

So I tried the recovery method and it didn’t work, and the instructions say for an iPhone 16, but this is a 13. Will it still work?
