Can’t sign in on Max

Is it just me or is anyone else having a problem signing into Max using the TV provider option?

When I select the TV provider option, I just get a blank screen. If I select the sign in option, I get the user ID and password screen. I have force quit the application, but it still doesn’t allow me to login using a provider.

Thanks for confirming. I think I’ll see if I can leave some feedback either on the App Store or on HBO‘s website.

I had to try several times before my provider account was linked.

Restart the device and try logging in, that did it for me. Weird glitch

I tried logging in again today, but was unsuccessful. A little while later my system crashed so I restarted it. afterwards, I was able to login to Max.
