Hi

I install Office 2011 without any problem but when I try to connect to Messenger a massage appear " Sign in to Microsoft Messenger failed because the service is not available or you may not be connected to the Internet" I am connected to the Internet so the problem is with the software or something block the software to run, can anybody help me with this problem

Make an exception in your firewall if it's turned on. Otherwise, the issue is with the product and I'm not sure how to help.
 
This worked for me:

open a new finder window, choose your user folder under 'places', go to the 'libary' folder, then 'preferences', then there should be a 'Microsoft' folder with a file called Microsoft Messenger User Cache.plist inside. Delete the folder, restart Messenger and it should work.
