I enabled 2 factor authentication on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 2 and i can log into my account fine on these.

Though...on my Mac Pro OSX 10.7.5, I went to log in to the app store, it won't let me. It says the password is wrong (when it isn't), a notification pops up on the ipad saying that there's been an attempt to log in (on my Mac pro) and I need to enter the verification code. The thing is there is no where to enter the code on Mac App store, I tried in the password field but didn't get far.

Any help would be a be a great help.
[doublepost=1457391905][/doublepost]Is it because I'm using Lion?

I've bought different apps over the years from the app store. Just now went I go open an app thats been purchased from the app store I get the message

“SimpleMind.app” was purchased using App Store on another computer. To install “SimpleMind.app” on this computer, sign in using the Apple ID and password used to purchase it.

This was only purchased on this computer and it is installed on this computer right now.

Two factor auth isn't compatible with 10.7 - you'll need to use two step instead
Thanks for replying, sorted it out. I had to input the verification code after the password to log into App Store on Mac.
