Can’t sign up for Apple One

I’ve been unable to sign up for Apple
One since upgrading to iOS 15. It constantly says “Cannot Connect”. Anyone else had this, or have a workaround?

It is probably a problem with the beta. If having Apple One is necessary for you, it would probably be best to go back to 14.6.

It’s the same for me. Also, I’ve noticed something strange. The button “Get Apple One” is on top on my subscription page in my iPhone, but not in my iPad. They have probably moved it away from the subscription page, but forgot about it in the iPhone.

Wouldn't work for me either. The button is there, but shows an error when actually trying to subscribe. Worked fine on my laptop. (Big Sur) No problem using any of the services on beta btw; just the signup thats broken.

I had the same issue but I was able to sign in for apple one just using the laptop instead 🙂

Yes, my original message was when we were on beta 1. I’ve signed up now too.

For those who signed up for Apple One.. are you getting Apple Music or Apple Arcade, for some reason.. I have neither.

Contacted Apple Support, they have no clue what‘s going on. I plan on downgrading to see if the beta is the culprit, I highly doubt it.
