Can't slide to unlock? Can tap other things

Had to install a new LCD and digitizer. I'm testing it now and it won't let me slide to unlock. Oddly enough, if I double tap my home button to bring up the music bar on top I can tap play, the volume slider, forward and backward yet I can't slide to power down or to unlock.

How do I fix this?

Your digitizer most likely has problems. You will probably have to replace it again. I know it is very disappointing. I would suggest bringing it to a professional. 🙁

Ask siri to open an application for you and it will unlock it for you
